| McQueen TV appearances on Tales of Wells Fargo: Bill Longley and Alfred Hitchcock Presents: Human Interest Story now available on DVD | ||
| One of Steve McQueen's earliest TV appearances was in the popular western series Tales of Wells Fargo, in an episode titled Bill Longley. Steve's episode aired on Feb 10, 1958, and up until now has been very rare and hard to come by, even on old fuzzy VHS tape. But now for the first time the Bill Longley episode can be viewed in pristine quality as part of the newly released Tales of Wells Fargo complete DVD set. | ||
| In addition to this we also have another McQueen treat, with Alfred Hitchcock Presents - Season 4 available on DVD for the first time.
Season 4 included the McQueen episode
Human Interest Story, which first aired on May 24, 1959. Steve then appeared in the following season of Alfred Hitchcock Presents in an episode titled Man From The South in which he co-starred with his first wife Neile and legendary actor Peter Lorre. Man From the South is as yet not available on DVD but we'll let you know when it is released. Special thanks to Donna Redden for this information. | ||
