Rumoured release of a new McQueen DVD box set got some fans quite excited, but it looks as though we may just be getting a re-release of already available titles, The Great Escape, The Magnificent Seven, Junior Bonner and The Thomas Crown Affair.

All 4 movies have previously been released on DVD, but according to thedigitalbits The Thomas Crown Affair (previously released in a NON 16/9 enhanced format), MAY be getting a NEW transfer.

Whether or not this new release of TTCA will be 16/9 enhanced, and include Norman Jewison's director's commentary (present on the first release) is as yet unknown...
