A new photo-book titled 'Steve McQueen: The Actor and His Films' is due for a November 2011 release.

Steve McQueen: The Actor and His Films is the latest of several high quality McQueen themed books to hit the market, and this one looks very promising indeed. The work of authors Andrew Antoniades and Mike Siegel, Steve McQueen: The Actor and His Films promises to deliver us over 1000 pictures (many rare and unseen by most fans), coverage of every single film in McQueen's career, an exploration of each film's story and an analysis of key scenes, interesting behind the scenes stories from each film, and a study of McQueen’s life, legacy and acting style. Released in a deluxe hard back format, with approx 500 pages and a wealth of images including behind the scenes moments, film stills and other movie memorabilia this should make for a great read and a fantastic collectors piece!
